Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System in New York City is seeking a Manager of Talent Management to oversee the performance management program and related talent initiatives. Qualifications

Progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, calibration, and development planning.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with multi-priority handling.
Ability to translate strategy into practical tools, communications, and training.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, administration, and execution of enterprise performance management activities (goal setting, midyear reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration).
Develop and manage annual project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop, maintain, and improve program tools, templates, guidelines, and leader resources.
Lead education for leaders through workshops, toolkits, and coaching resources.
Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on processes, timelines, and development planning.
