Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Manager, Talent Management-HR Talent Development & Learning to lead enterprise performance management programs, goal setting, reviews, and leadership enablement in a hybrid, full-time role. You will develop tools, templates, training, and communications while coordinating with HRIS, People Analytics, and partner teams to drive data-informed improvements.

Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and execute enterprise performance management activities (goal setting, midyear reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration).
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop tools, guidelines, templates, job aids, and resources to support consistent practices.
• Lead education initiatives, workshops, toolkits, and resources focused on performance conversations and development.
• Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on processes, timelines, and development planning.
• Coordinate communications and change management to promote adoption of programs and systems.
• Collaborate with HRIS and People Analytics to translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor participation, milestones, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and materials for leadership review.
• Stay current on trends in performance management, talent management, and change management.
