Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation across Product, Engineering and QA.
• Drive change management, executive alignment and adoption programs.
• Partner with technical leaders to assess and design the future PDLC operating model.
• Drive implementation to realize productivity, time-to-market and quality improvements.
• Present findings, trade-offs and recommendations to senior leadership.
