Job summary

Hogan Lovells is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Coordinator to support the global Digital L&D function. You will coordinate operations, manage Workday Learning and Sana-powered experiences, and ensure high-quality content, enrolments and learner records.

The role works with HR systems, technology teams and external providers to deliver dashboards, reporting and continuous service improvements. Flexible/hybrid working patterns and global collaboration are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development operations or administration.
• Experience using a learning management system to maintain records, content and user activity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate priorities accurately.
• High attention to detail with learning records, reports and system configuration.
• Confidence with digital systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a service-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Digital L&D activity with plans, schedules, actions and dependencies.
• Administer digital and blended learning programs including enrolments, communications and evaluations.
• Maintain team documents, SOPs, calendars and trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews and vendor activity, recording and progressing actions.
• Respond to learner and stakeholder queries with professional, helpful service.
• Support financial administration including POs, invoices and budget tracking.
