Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks an experienced Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of associate recruiting and talent initiatives for our Denver office. This hybrid role emphasizes coordination and operations, ideal for candidates with law firm recruiting experience and strong attention to detail.

The recruiter will manage candidate communications, event logistics, onboarding, and systems coordination, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Denver leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal or campus recruiting coordination.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with candidates, leadership, and external partners.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects of legal recruiting, including applications and interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity.
• Communicate with candidates, firms, hiring managers, and committees.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and assist with travel and expenses.
• Support law school recruiting, OCI, job fairs, and interview logistics.
