Hybrid role with attendance in a nearby Aon office two to three days per week; the leader will advise clients on power availability, energy resilience, renewables integration, project finance, risk transfer, and capital solutions while expanding Aon's presence in the US data center market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power, energy, or data center infrastructure.
• Experience in infrastructure investing or project finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth: Build and implement Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy across the U.S.
• Advise clients on data center energy strategies, grid interconnection, and onsite generation.
• Develop innovative solutions across risk transfer, capital, and advisory services.
• Establish Aon as a thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
