Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to shape and execute our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. This role will serve as the primary SME for data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, investors, and lenders, guiding energy resilience, renewable integration, project finance, and risk transfer.

Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in a nearby office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power, energy, or related infrastructure fields.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with developers, utilities and investors.
• Experience leading market growth initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy across the U.S.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, developers, utilities, investors, lenders, and funds.
• Create a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk-transfer opportunities.
• Establish Aon as a recognized thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
