This hybrid role involves developing real-time DSP algorithms for high‑power three‑phase UPS and energy storage products, from concept to production, with collaboration across global teams.
Ideal candidates have strong C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink skills, experience in power electronics, and a track record in real-time control design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with real-time digital controls experience.
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with relevant industry experience.
- Experience with power electronics and control algorithms for industrial products.
- H1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Develop real-time DSP algorithms for power conversion applications.
- Design and test control software for high-power UPS and energy storage systems.
- Create MATLAB/Simulink models and verify designs with simulations and hardware-in-the-loop.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
- Lead or contribute to new product development initiatives and industry standards.
