Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in real-time digital controls or MS with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years in power electronics applications.
- Strong background in real-time DSP algorithms for power conversion.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, OPAL-RT, and C/C++ coding.
Responsibilities
- Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting safety, quality and schedule goals.
- Guide and lead other technical team members on projects.
- Develop models and algorithms for DSP controls and validate designs via simulations and HIL.
