You will work with global teams across the product life cycle, from concept to production, leveraging MATLAB/Simulink and high-fidelity simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with real-time digital controls experience.
• MS or PhD preferred for advanced controls roles.
• Experience in power electronics and real-time DSP algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting requirements and Eaton standards.
• Provide guidance and leadership to technical project teams.
• Collaborate with global product teams on performance, safety and reliability.
• Develop DSP control algorithms for advanced power conversion.
• Validate designs using real-time simulations and HIL environments.
