Epstein Becker Green PC is seeking an IT Support professional in New York to deliver second-level user support and first-level infrastructure support across local and client sites. You will assist in deploying new technologies, maintain IT equipment, and work with National IT staff to uphold high standards of service.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with 3+ years of related experience, knowledge of Windows 11, Outlook/Exchange, Microsoft 365, Intune, iManage, and Active
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years’ related IT support experience
- ITIL certification desired
- Experience with Windows 11, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Intune, iManage, and Active Directory
Responsabilités
- Provide second level user support and first level infrastructure support
- Assist in deployment of new technologies and coordinate with National IT staff
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure high system availability
- Provide after hours support as required
- Handle conference room setups, desk/phone systems, and staff moves
