Job summary

Epstein Becker Green is seeking an IT Support professional in New York who will deliver second-level user support and first-level infrastructure assistance. You will assist with deploying new technologies, coordinating with National IT, and ensuring high-availability for firm operations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science and at least three years of IT support experience; ITIL certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in related systems support and management; ITIL certification desired.
Experience directly supporting Microsoft Windows 11, Outlook/Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, iManage and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Zoom, Lenovo laptops and basic end-user hardware/software support.
Strong communication, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide second level user support and first level infrastructure support for client sites.
Deploy new technologies and work with National IT staff to meet high standards of support and system availability.
Maintain local IT equipment inventories and participate in IT meetings.
Provide after-hours support as required and assist in equipment installation.
