Job summary

Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, NY, seeks qualified candidates for a helpdesk/systems support role in a fast-paced legal environment. You will provide end-user technical support, manage hardware/software issues, and assist with deployment/imaging and user configurations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows 11/Office 365.
• Experience with legal applications, document management, or financial software is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user technical support and respond to problems through resolution.
• Handle hardware and software support, onboarding/offboarding, and equipment moves.
• Assist with deployment/imaging and user configurations; set up audio/video in conference rooms.
• Participate in internal IT projects as assigned.
