Job summary

Epstein Becker Green is seeking an IT Support professional to provide second level user and first level infrastructure support at our New York office. You will help deploy new technologies, manage incidents, and work with National IT to maintain high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with Windows 11, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years IT support experience.
• ITIL certification desired; vendor certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide second level user support and first level IT support for client sites.
• Deploy new technologies and identify IT needs with National IT staff.
• Maintain high standards of support and system availability.
• Respond to escalated calls and track issues with the help desk system.
• Provide desktop and endpoint support for laptops and phones.
• Assist with conference room setups and office moves.
• Participate in IT projects and installation of equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory and participate in after-hours support.
