Ovation Workplace Services in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver first- and second-level IT support across local and remote environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and enterprise applications, document incidents, and help maintain SLAs across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years of IT support, familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, and GPOs, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in desktop support, help desk, or IT support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, GPOs, and enterprise security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users via multiple channels.
• Log and manage incidents in the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365; basic macOS support.
• Support enterprise apps and peripherals, coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain SLAs and communicate status to users and stakeholders.
