Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our hybrid work environment. The role requires in-office presence 3 days a week at Denver, CO, Southfield, MI or St. Petersburg, FL locations, with an initial training period onsite for five days. The position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software, document incidents, and support end-users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with 2–3 years in a technical helpdesk environment.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues via phone, remote, and onsite.
• Monitor incidents and document work in the ticketing system.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
• Support cross-functional technology projects.
