Job summary

Raymond James in Florida is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to resolve end-user issues and provide second-line hardware and software support. The position follows a hybrid model with on-site work 3 days weekly at the St. Petersburg HQ or the Southfield, MI office, and initial onsite training five days a week.

You will manage data tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure processes align with corporate policies while developing technical skills through coaching and formal training.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a IT-related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in IT help desk or end-user support preferred.
• Hybrid work model with onsite training in the initial period.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved queries.
• Support data management tasks.
• Assist with internal client relationships through simple tasks.
• Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other systems.
• Organize work schedule and coordinate with support services.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
