Job summary

Perk is seeking a TechOps Specialist to build a top-notch IT experience, focusing on Mac hardware/software, end-user support, and project delivery. You’ll own the day-to-day IT needs, ensure seamless onboarding, and drive hardware lifecycle management across offices.

The role requires 3-5+ years in IT support, strong MacOS skills, and experience with Jamf and asset tracking. This is an on-site position based near Chicago with relocation options and a collaborative, fast-moving culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT support or systems administration in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong MacOS troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and end-user assistance.
• Experience with endpoint management tools and device inventory across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for employees, focusing on Mac issues and network connectivity.
• Manage full device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, loaners, and provisioning.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and AppleCare tracking with vendors.
• Oversee AV/meeting room tech and conference room setups for smooth operations.
• Onboard new hires with laptops and essential software; ensure smooth onboarding.
