Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Desktop Engineer I in La Vista, NE to maintain workstation toolsets, deploy hardware, OS and software for enterprise PCs. You will assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops and laptops, peripherals and software.

The role requires at least three years in a computer-support role, proficient Windows skills, strong customer-focused communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. On-site/hybrid schedule, healthcare and 401k benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/IS-related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ prior experience in a computer support role.
• Proficient in a Windows environment and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software deployment and image management for enterprise workstations.
• Provide hardware, OS and software support; troubleshoot laptop/Desktop issues.
• Image and prepare laptops for new hires and refresh cycles; sanitize devices.
