Job summary

Osaic in Atlanta is seeking a Desktop Engineer II to maintain and deploy workstation hardware, manage Windows OS and software, and provide deskside and remote support for employees. The role includes after-hours on-call duties and contributing to workplace infrastructure projects.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in computer support, strong Windows troubleshooting, and experience with MECM or Intune, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT/IS or 3 years related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support major rollouts and releases; deployment planning, communications, tracking issues.
• Perform laptop imaging and desk setups; provide hardware support.
• Configure, reload, update, and troubleshoot company-approved software.
• Conduct local equipment inventory; complete monthly checklists.
• Document actions in the ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide Level 1 support for in-office conference room A/V equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
