Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Deployment Support Analyst for a restaurant technology client in Irvine, CA. This hybrid role requires onsite two days a week (T and Th) and a 12-month contract with a potential extension.

The pay rate is $25.25 per hour on a W-2 basis. You will join the Deployment Support team, providing technical assistance and proactive support to deploy restaurant technology and resolve issues with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prefer a Computer Science degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of Help Desk experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of computer concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and remote support for restaurant technology using independent judgment within approved processes.
• Own Deployment/Proactive support focus areas, including creating and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting steps.
• Cross-train to support Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Identify root cause issues and defects with Tier 1 applications and share findings with Business Partners.
• Translate customer requests into incident specifications while understanding business workflows and driving timely incident resolution.
