The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT help desk, experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, Windows 10/11 and Office, plus basic networking. This position offers hybrid work in Agoura Hills with compensation around $27-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT help desk or service desk experience in a high-volume, queued ticketing environment.
Active Directory and Entra ID experience, including account creation and password resets, plus Windows 10/11 and Office support.
Networking basics, desktops, laptops, printers, wireless access points, and POS terminals; retail or restaurant IT experience is a plus.
Positive, high-energy, customer-service mindset; able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and work well on a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users via a queued ticketing system, remotely and hands-on.
Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, passwords, and group memberships in Active Directory and Entra ID.
Image, configure, and deploy new workstations and laptops; install and upgrade software, peripherals, printers, and POS terminals.
Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate warranty repairs with approved vendors and partners.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base to help the team resolve future issues faster.
