Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Rockford, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Analyst, IBP Analytics & Planning Systems to own planning reporting, analytics, and system-enabled processes for global IBP.

You will partner with Planning, IT, Master Data and business stakeholders to deliver scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and actionable insights. You will lead UAT, data quality initiatives, documentation, and adoption of planning tools across demand, supply, inventory, and executive planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not required.
• Strong background in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g. SAP.
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP and ERP systems inventory control, demand planning, and analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Python/SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planners, IT, Master Data, and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and system enhancements.
• Build reports/dashboards using Enterprise Semantic Models to support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Serve as business owner for planning reporting solutions and tools; ensure maintenance and adoption.
• Lead UAT, validation, and deployment of planning tool enhancements.
