Qualifications

• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence capabilities are required.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems; experience with Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis is preferred.
• IBP / S&OP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or consumer products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve base forecasts and consensus demand plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility; identify root causes and actions.
• Lead cross-category consolidation and enterprise analysis for planning discussions.
• Translate commercial strategies and market dynamics into quantified demand impacts.
• Partner with Planning COE, IT, and Analytics to support tools, governance, and training.
