Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to blend technical leadership with commercial focus. You will work with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption and maximize ROI for priority customers.

The role is hybrid, reporting to a DSA Manager in Field Engineering, and involves leading post-sale technical delivery, crafting plans, and coordinating across PS, engineering, and services teams to ensure successful go-lives and steady consumption of workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI.
• Programming in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams.
• Primary contact for production/go-live issues.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding and Support resources.
• Develop and execute a POV to accelerate use cases into production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for new product innovations.
• Navigate Product and Engineering for private previews and upgrades.
