Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in client administration, and strong communication and project management skills. A competitive salary between $130,000 and $150,000 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Condense complex information into actionable summaries and reports.
• Prepare regular updates on client onboarding, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with clients and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Monitors client collections and drives efforts to ensure timely payments.
