You will partner with partners, clients, and internal teams to manage onboarding, billing, e-billing, and pricing, ensuring efficient client administration and adherence to Outside Counsel Guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong relationship management, analytical reporting, and process improvements to support firm financial performance while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of law firm, professional services, client administration, billing, or related operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, practice areas, clients, and internal client accounting teams.
• Prepare updates and analysis on onboarding, billing, collections, and financial performance.
• Provide guidance on client accounting processes, policies, and best practices.
• Follow up with clients and teams to move matters forward and complete client accounting processes.
• Collaborate with clients and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
