Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, DC invites you to join as a Client Operations Project Manager, hybrid role based in our DC office, three days on-site per week. You will partner with partners, practice areas, clients, and accounting teams to manage day-to-day client administration and billing processes.

The role covers onboarding, billing, pricing, e-billing, AFAs, outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with partners and clients.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and PM capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex data.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for partners, practice areas, clients, and accounting teams.
• Prepare and deliver updates on onboarding, billing, collections, and performance.
• Guide clients on billing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Coordinate new engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines.
• Track AR, invoicing issues, and ensure timely payments.
