You will coordinate with the client administration and accounting teams to ensure efficient processes, timely communications, and compliant handling of invoices, rates, and outside counsel guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, practice areas, clients and internal teams.
• Drive client onboarding, billing rates, RFPs, pricing, billing and e-billing processes.
• Coordinate outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and client audit requests.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of client accounting processes.
• Collaborate with the Rates team to ensure accurate timekeeper and rate submissions and resolve discrepancies.
