Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role centers on architecting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Segra's managed data-services platform across multi-site environments.

You will translate customer requirements into technical specifications, develop automation scripts, and diagnose complex issues while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + progressive technical experience.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy, and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specs for L2/L3 solutions.
• Develop/test automation scripts for device provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers across segments.
