Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Intermediate Excel skills including reports, sorting/filtering, and documenting findings.

Aufgaben

• Respond to internal branch inquiries through ticketing systems, email, and other communication channels.
• Research and resolve order, shipment, delivery, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve customer requests.
• Process order cancellations, shipping updates, address changes, and freight reconsignments.
• Review reports and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and document findings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, research activities, and resolutions.
• Organize communications, manage email folders, and track requests to ensure timely follow-up.
• Prioritize competing demands and manage a high volume of requests while meeting established service level agreements.
• Take ownership of issues from initial inquiry through resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate professionally and provide timely updates to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Work independently to research problems, identify solutions, and resolve non-routine inquiries.
• Maintain consistent productivity, quality, reliability, and attendance.
