Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BBA preferred in Customer Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service in the electrical industry market.
• Agile and proactive approach with ownership of customer issues.
• Knowledge of SAP Torque and Salesforce.com; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Must be authorized to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling (production capability, scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoicing).
• Initiate customer feedback loops regularly to assess satisfaction and identify continuous improvement areas.
• Support maintenance of contact lists, routing tables, and internal/external information pages.
• Assist the business with outbound activities like marketing campaigns and provide follow-the-sun or face-to-face customer interaction services.
