Job summary

ABB seeks a customer operations professional to serve as the first contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure end-to-end handling from quote to invoice. You will own customer issues, improve first-contact-to-cash metrics, and drive opportunities through proactive engagement.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in customer service, and knowledge of SAP Torque and Salesforce.com, plus strong communication skills. Hybrid work from Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BBA in Customer Operations preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service, preferably in the electrical industry market.
• Agile and proactive approach with strong ownership of customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions for customer requests and coordinate with teams to ensure end-to-end handling (production, scheduling, quotes, invoices).
• Initiate customer feedback loops regularly, assess satisfaction, and identify improvement areas.
• Support maintenance of contact lists, routing tables, and internal/external pages.
• Assist in outbound activities like marketing campaigns and provide follow-the-sun or face-to-face customer interaction services.
