Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in project coordination, customer support, or order management.
• Experience supporting engineered products or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with orders, quotes, invoicing, and project documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project docs (contracts, specs, POs) to ensure requirements are clear.
• Coordinate all aspects of project execution from order receipt to closeout.
• Manage orders for accuracy, pricing validation, and system entry.
• Host kickoff meetings and align teams on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedules and provide status updates, risks, and milestones to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipping, invoicing, startup, commissioning, and project closeout.
