Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of product/customer service experience or High School Diploma and 4 years of relatable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive, assertive, and effective manner is required.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Experience SAP, Oracle or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Customer Service & Support by e-mail and phone.
• Issue quotations and handle order entry; communicate delivery schedules clearly.
• Interact with internal departments and distributors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendor resources to resolve customer problems and respond to ABAP queries.
