Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in the Midwest to support daily customer transactions, orders, and communications. This entry-level role provides hands-on learning in quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination within SAP and related systems.

The position is based at one of our locations in Quincy, IL, Springfield, MO, or Sedalia, MO, with travel limited to rare circumstances.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical-related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support customer transactions, quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide updates on order status
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate team members for resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within SAP and other systems
