Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative in Chatsworth, CA to deliver exceptional service to customers and employees in a fast-paced office environment.

You will handle phone, face-to-face and written communications, process orders and transactions, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role offers remote or hybrid options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year in related customer service (entry level).
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities, proactively resolves issues and provides creative, effective solutions that enhance the customer experience and strengthens relationships.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to address customer needs, resolve issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through in-person, phone and other appropriate channels, while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Utilize company systems and technology to accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate information throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales orders and cash purchases, while ensuring proper payment handling and adherence to company procedures.
• Facilitate customer purchases from order through payment, ensuring accurate transactions and a seamless customer experience.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
