Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven experience handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms for order entry and transactions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Coordinate with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Enter orders and process transactions in ERP while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Support sales by identifying new opportunities and contributing to growth.
• Utilize bilingual English/Spanish skills to enhance customer experience.
