Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications.
• Identify customer needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to address customer needs and ensure timely solutions.
• Process customer orders accurately through in-person, phone, and other channels.
