Job summary

Most work from home with one day per month in the Paragould office; in-office availability is also an option. You will troubleshoot customer website issues, enter data, and assist with site updates while learning our platform and progressing into onboarding, training, or

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, travel-related work, or public relations is valued.
• Floral shop or related industry experience is preferred.
• Experience creating web sites and basic graphic design skills are preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the Internet and websites is required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel; HTML experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support all customers via phone with website questions/issues.
• Data entry, setup of web sites and proof site content.
• Research and register URLs, scan artwork, logos and custom images from various sources.
• Communicate changes and updates to Teleflora staff.
• Modify HTML code as needed.
• Assist with daily department operations as required.
• Additional duties as needed.
