Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center Experience or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests about pricing, services, and questions.
• Sell services to potential new customers.
• Enter account information accurately into the system.
• Transfer calls to appropriate staff and resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on inquiries and research billing issues.
• Assist in billing tasks and other projects within the customer service group.
