Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, including phone and email. You’ll respond to inquiries, process service requests, and partner with Operations to ensure accurate, timely support for customers in our Southeast markets.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication and listening skills, and a positive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services, billing, account information, and service requests.
• Resolve concerns by identifying solutions and coordinating with Operations for timely follow-up.
• Process account changes, new service requests, cancellations, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while building positive relationships with customers.
• Partner with teammates across markets to balance workloads and provide seamless support.
