Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for customers, logging inquiries, delivering service estimates, and coordinating field service activities in Lake Forest, CA.

This contract-to-hire role features a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote on Friday) with training in-office from 8 AM to 5 PM, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, specifically Navision.
• 1+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with order processing and scheduling projects.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate field service activities and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Intake, log, and manage customer service inquiries accurately.
• Deliver timely service estimates and job quotations.
• Track ongoing work orders and update customers through the portal or direct communication.
• Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows.
• Generate and maintain reports while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
