Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years in marketing, business development, or CRM/database management in professional services; law firm or AmLaw preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Intapp Deal Cloud preferred) and ability to manage administration, governance, and reporting.
• Proven experience leveraging data to support business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Owns the CRM (Intapp Deal Cloud) end to end – strategy, administration, configuration, enhancements, data architecture, and optimization.
• Collects and analyzes client, matter, and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Designs, maintains, and distributes dashboards and analytics for attorneys and leadership.
• Manages vendor relationships and evaluates new CRM/marketing technologies.
• Collaborates with attorneys to leverage data and relationship intelligence for client engagement.
• Partners with marketing and finance to ensure seamless use of CRM and MarTech.
• Supports RFPs, pitches, and client presentations with data-driven insights.
• Leads CRM/MarTech adoption programs with training and usage metrics.
• Stays current on CRM/marketing tech best practices and ROI measurement.
