Job summary

Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff is seeking a Marketing Technology & CRM Strategy Manager in Columbus. Hybrid role focusing on CRM strategy, data governance and dashboard analytics to support business development and client engagement.

The role oversees Intapp Deal Cloud end-to-end, drives platform modernization, and collaborates with attorneys, practice groups, IT and leadership to deliver actionable insights and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years in marketing, business development or CRM/database management.
• Strong knowledge of Intapp Deal Cloud and data governance.
• Proficient in MS Office and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns the CRM platform (Intapp Deal Cloud) end to end.
• Collects and analyzes client, matter, and market data.
• Designs, maintains and distributes dashboards and analytics.
• Manages vendor relationships for CRM and MarTech platforms.
• Collaborates with attorneys and client teams to leverage data.
• Defines success KPIs and reporting frameworks.
