Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information technology or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or CRM/database management within professional services; AmLaw experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Intapp Deal Cloud preferred) and ability to manage administration, governance and reporting.
• Proven experience using data to support business development, client relationships and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with attorneys, staff and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI/reporting tools; Entegrata a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the CRM platform end to end – strategy, administration, configuration, data architecture, and ongoing optimization.
• Collects and analyzes client, matter, and market data to identify trends and cross-sell opportunities.
• Designs, maintains, and distributes dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Manages vendor relationships for CRM and marketing technology platforms.
• Collaborates with attorneys and client teams to leverage data for engagement.
• Partners with marketing, finance, and IT to ensure tool alignment and adoption.
