Job summary

Benesch seeks a Marketing Technology & CRM Strategy Manager in Chicago. The hybrid role focuses on owning Intapp Deal Cloud end-to-end, from administration to data governance and roadmap, while aligning marketing tech with business development goals.

The role drives adoption, builds dashboards, and delivers insights to strengthen client relationships and growth. Collaboration with attorneys, client teams, IT, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with CRM/database management and data governance in professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the CRM platform (Intapp Deal Cloud) end to end – strategy, administration, configuration, enhancements, data architecture, and ongoing optimization.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets client, matter, and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Designs, maintains, and distributes dashboards, reports, and analytics for attorneys and leadership.
• Manages vendor relationships for CRM and marketing tech platforms.
• Defines success metrics, adoption KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and platform impact.
