Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Marion, NC for a 6‑month assignment. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and focuses on recruiting across manufacturing sites and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver high-quality hires and a superior candidate experience. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines for high‑volume MFG roles, and provide market insights to influence compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent; High School diploma or Associates may be considered with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Workday preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through
• Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives
