Job summary

Spectraforce is actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter to source, screen, and hire for corporate roles across multiple regions including North America, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, craft compelling job descriptions, and partner with hiring managers to optimize interviewing and offer processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and a knack for building networks with top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate interviews outside traditional hours.
• Experience with global teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting for corporate functions from job application to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple regions.
• Create accurate job postings and reflect position requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define interview and selection processes.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer decisions.
• Conduct negotiations and respond to HR queries.
