Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruitment Intern in Raleigh to support recruitment and onboarding activities. You will help source candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain records while learning recruitment processes under the guidance of the team.

The role provides exposure to candidate outreach, ATS data entry, and onboarding coordination, with a focus on confidentiality and strong organization. Training will be provided to develop recruiting skills on the job.

Aufgaben

• Learn to identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases and sourcing tools.
• Assist with reviewing resumes and candidate profiles against recruiter checklists and share matches for review.
• Assist with initial candidate outreach by phone, email, and messaging templates; confirm interest and availability and observe screenings.
• Help add candidate profiles to LinkedIn Recruiter projects and organize candidate pipelines as directed.
• Assist with scheduling candidate screenings and interviews, sending confirmations, and maintaining timely communication.
• Enter and update candidate records in the ATS and document recruitment activities following established processes.
• Assist with routine candidate follow-up using approved messages and refer questions to the assigned recruiter.
• Assist with onboarding processes and initiatives under guidance; review onboarding checklists and track completion.
• Identify missing onboarding items and communicate status updates to the recruiter; help track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
